What it’s about

About us

HR Weekly is the video podcast for everyone who wants to grow at work and as a person. Every week, Katharina, our founder and host, talks with guests about careers, leadership and self-management. We’re part of beyobie in Berlin.

Your job, as an intern or working student: You cut reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts from our episodes. You test them on Instagram, see what lands and bring the best ones to every channel. On top of that, you build our TikTok account from scratch.

To be honest: this is a job with a fast pace and a lot of routine. In return, your feel for hooks and editing gets sharper every day.

Our principle: Better to test ten good reels than two perfect ones.

What you get

What’s in it for you

  • Your own numbers: you see right away what works.
  • You own our reels and YouTube Shorts and build our TikTok account from scratch.
  • Direct feedback from our founder Katharina.
  • A look inside the studio and the podcast production.
  • A strong start in social media and content production.
  • You pick your own benefits through P:xtra, for example Urban Sports Club.
How you start

Your first weeks

Week 1

Getting started

You go through a whole episode with us once, get to know our tools and post your first test reels.

From month 1

Your rhythm

You cut and post on your own and send us a short update once a week on what went well.

After that

TikTok from scratch

You set up our TikTok account and find out what works differently there.

Is this you?

What you bring

  • You edit short-form videos confidently, on your phone or on a desktop.
  • You spend a lot of time on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts yourself.
  • You can tell what grabs people in the first two seconds.
  • You like looking at numbers and making the next reel better.
  • You enjoy working in routines and keep your own pace.
  • You speak and write German very well, subtitles included.

Nice to have optional

Great if you have these. Apply anyway if you don’t: you’ll learn the tools with us within a week.

  • Experience with Opus Clip, Edits, CapCut or Premiere
  • You’ve built or run an account before, a personal one counts too.
  • Routine with ChatGPT or similar tools
  • Interest in the world of work, careers and personal development
